RESERVATION PROCEDURE, PRICING, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Reservation Procedure for David Foster: The Hitman Cruise ’27 (DFC ’27) varies based on the date and the status of the guest. Below is a complete outline of how the process will work.
Now through April 10, 2026:
- Guests on DFC ’26 (’26 Guests) have the exclusive right to rebook their DFC ’26 stateroom for DFC ‘27. They also may request, but are not guaranteed, a different stateroom.
- ’26 Guests will receive a Rebooking Notice by email which will include:
- confirmation of your DFC ’26 Stateroom Number
- your Cruise Price for DFC ’27
- optional instructions to select a new stateroom for DFC ’27.
- Staterooms not reserved by April 10, 2026 will be returned to inventory.
- ’26 Guests will receive a Rebooking Notice by email which will include:
- Guests who did not sail on DFC ’26 (New Guests) may complete a Pre-Sail Reservation, establishing priority for selecting a stateroom during the Pre-Sail Reservation period.
April 13-15, 2026:
- The assignment process for ’26 Guests who have requested a stateroom different from their DFC ’26 stateroom will be completed between April 13-April 15.
April 16, 2026:
- Pre-Sail Reservation holders will begin to be notified by Email regarding stateroom selection reservation completion.
April 27, 2026:
- Open Booking begins. Any guest may select any available stateroom and complete a reservation online or by calling the office.
Cruise Prices
Cruise Prices are per person, based upon double occupancy (unless designated as a “single”) and include:
- Stateroom Amenities. Stateroom amenities, accommodations and services are outlined in “Amenities” for the Stateroom Category selected
- Cruise Inclusions. Listed below are the programming items and services that your Cruise Price Includes and items that your Cruise Price Does Not Include.
- Standard Cruise Prices. Standard Cruise Prices listed below are applicable to guests who are sailing on a Signature Cruise Experiences (formerly Jazz Cruises) for the first time.
- Past Guest Cruise Prices. If you have sailed with us before, you may be eligible for the Past Guest Cruise Price. To learn if you do qualify and what Past Guest Cruise Price applies to you, please contact the office (see below).
Payment Plans
David Foster: The Hitman Cruise offers Payment Plan options. The Payment Plan election is made at the time of the Reservation.
Quarterly Payment Plan: After payment of Deposit (see, Deposits), the balance of the Cruise Price plus the Pass-Through Charges (see, Pass Through Charges) are paid in four (4) equal payments on 5/10/26, 7/10/26, 10/10/26, and 1/10/27.
Guests may contact the office to propose alternative schedules for payment. Reasonable plans will be seriously considered.
Late Payments, including credit cards on file being denied when presented for payment, are subject to a penalty of 6% of the invoice amount if payment is not received within seven (7) days of issuance of notice of late payment due. Failure to cure a Late Payment within twenty (20) days of issuance of notice of Late Payment due or the occurrence of two (2) Late Payments may subject the reservation to cancellation of the reservation without refund or other compensation.
Availability
- Join Waitlist. If the Stateroom Category you prefer is not available, please click on JOIN WAITLIST and follow the prompts to indicate your Stateroom preference. At this early stage of the reservation process, the Stateroom Category of your choice may become available. If so, you will be contacted by us and provided the opportunity to reserve that stateroom at that time. There is no obligation to complete that reservation.
- Alternative Reservation. In addition to completing a JOIN WAITLIST form, you may also reserve another Stateroom Category at the same time. Then, if a stateroom in the Stateroom Category you prefer becomes available, you may switch your reservation without penalty or charge.

- By Email: If you prefer to ask questions or correspond by email, send your inquiry to info@scecruises.com. Please note that reservations will not be accepted by email or voicemail. To complete a reservation, you must either do so online or by phone with one of our Guest Representatives.
Deposits
Deposit amounts vary based upon the Stateroom Type:
- $400/pp – Inside & Ocean View Staterooms
- $500/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $600/pp – Suites
Pass Through Charges
All Guests are required to pay port charges, government taxes and fees, onboard service gratuities for shipboard staff and other charges due and payable to third parties. These Pass-Through Charges vary by Stateroom Type for David Foster: The Hitman Cruise and are in addition to the Cruise Prices.
- $300/pp – Inside & Ocean View Staterooms
- $350/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $400/pp – Suites
Cancellations or Changes
All Cruise Price and Pass-Through Charge payments made to date are non-refundable unless either Celebrity Cruises or David Foster: The Hitman Cruise ’27 cancels or reschedules the cruise. Complimentary name changes and Guest additions will be accepted until 120 days prior to the cruise. Name changes made to a Reservation less than 120 days prior to sailing will be assessed a $150 administrative fee.
Third and Fourth Passengers
The 3rd and 4th passengers Cruise Price vary based upon the Stateroom Type:
- $1,500/pp – Ocean View Staterooms
- $1,700/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
- $1,950/pp – Suites
*Inside Staterooms are a maximum of double occupancy
Military Benefits
Signature Cruise Experiences extends an onboard credit of $100 to any guest who is either Active Military or a Veteran. DD2-14 confirmation of military status is required for Military Benefits.
Travel Insurance
Signature Cruise Experiences strongly encourages the purchase of Travel Insurance. All payments made for a Reservation are non-refundable at the time of payment.

Travel Documentation
Signature Cruise Experiences strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity post-cruise during their sailing.

Your Cruise Price INCLUDES
- Round-trip cruise from Tampa, FL
- All performances, interviews, parties and events presented on the cruise (This does not include any special Artist-Hosted Events which require sign-up and/or a fee or Private Parties.)
- All meals at “Included Dining” restaurants (The Cosmopolitan Restaurant, Ocean View Café, Spa Café, Pool Grill (“Included Dining” features breakfast, lunch, dinner and both afternoon and late evening snacks in the Ocean View Café, breakfasts and dinners in The Cosmopolitan Restaurant, as well as lunch when “at sea”, breakfast and lunch in the Spa Café, as well as late-night mini-buffets throughout the ship.)
- As part of the Included Dining experience, non-bottled beverages (i.e. coffee, juices, tea) are provided without charge.
- Recreation facilities, such as Fitness Center, Pools, Hot tubs, Sauna, Basketball court, Jogging track and Thalassotherapy Pool.
- In-room TV and movies (excluding pay-per-view movies)
- Full-service room cleaning and turn down service
Your Cruise Price DOES NOT Include
- Air and ground transportation to and from the pier in Tampa, FL
- Ground transportation in ports-of-call
- Pass-Through Charges (defined above)
- Pre- and post-cruise lodging
- Dining in Specialty Restaurants (Tuscan Grille, Luminae, Chop’s Steak House at Blu, Qsine and Sushi on Five). Sushi on Five offers an a la carte menu, while the other Specialty Restaurants have a cover charge.
- Carbonated & alcoholic beverages, bottled water, specialty coffees & teas, fresh-squeezed juice & smoothies are not included in the Cruise Price or as part of the upcharge for the Specialty Restaurants. (*)
- Wi-Fi and internet connections are not included in the Cruise Price (*)
- Personal expenditures and purchases such as photos, gifts, excursions, spa and salon services, personal training, dining options apart from Included Dining or Specialty Dining.
- Gambling
- 24-hour room service ($9.95 service charge)
- Travel Insurance
(*) Celebrity Cruises offers various Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Packages for sale. Typically, purchasing a Beverage Package well ahead of your sailing will provide the best price. Similarly, Celebrity Cruises offers Wi-Fi and internet packages for purchase. Here, too, advance purchases are the best value. More information on beverage packages will be available once Celebrity Cruises’ Reservation Numbers are issued, typically around 5 months prior to the Cruise. Cruise Prices for Penthouse, Royal, Celebrity and Sky Suites do include both a Beverage Package and a Wi-Fi Internet Package.
